DEMA Consulting & Management was born after Michelle Patino, a local RN, set up and ran the medical clinics at the Sonoma Marin Fairgrounds during both, the Tubbs & the Kincade fires, all volunteered time, 16-20hrs/day.
After these two fires she realized what a difference she could make in the community going forward during disasters and started a small business, Little did she know, the first contract would be during a pandemic, but guess what? She's got this and I can say anyone that has had the opportunity to work with her as always spoken very highly of her. She is kind, compassionate, a critical thinker under pressure, is a team player AND she runs a tight ship!! You show respect, you receive respect, it's pretty simple!
