“I liked the challenge of working and living in the outside environment. When you are doing manual labor outdoors for hours on end in the sun or the cold, its tough and exhausting but it makes you a stronger person. You notice more about the trails you are building and about the environment around you. You appreciate the design of other trails more and you really get to connect to your coworkers.”
