What I liked

I greatly enjoyed the opportunity to work closely with my franchise owner, and to assume responsibility and accountability for the jobs the crews under my supervision worked. The hours were as available as I needed, and the job was engaging and challenging.

What I wish was different

I have few things that I wish different, it was a good job.

Advice

Work hard until the job is done. Customers and your employer will admire your integrity and attention to detail more than anything else.

What I liked

I like the hard work, the experiences I’ve had with customers, as well, the experience I had with all 16 of my employees. It gives me great pride to be able to run a very successful business my first year as a business owner and keep my employees and customers happy with a 96% customer satisfaction rating and a 58 NPS score while running a business with over $200k in sales over 4 months.

What I wish was different

The only benifical difference would’ve been business experience before hand.

Advice

You get out of it the work you put into it. If you put a lot of work into running the business then you can see big gains. Rarely can you do little work for big results.
