- My manager and coworkers are friendly and fun to work with. The job itself is easy once you know what you are doing and makes it fun to serve customers.

I wish I was paid more for what I worked.

Advice

Dunkin is a great company to work for, as long as you get paid enough hourly. If you are going to work at dunkin, I suggest finding a franchise that pays its employees higher wages than ones who do not make as much money.

What I liked

I liked my coworkers and the customers. I liked that I really got to talk to people and interact with people. I liked learning new skills.

What I wish was different

The management. Honestly, they made some decisions and handled certain things in ways that I did not agree with.

Advice

Any job you do, there will be people who bug you, who get under your skin, etc. And you will have days of not wanting to go into work. But if you face every job as an opportunity to love people like Christ does, it makes any job a missionary experience, which makes it easier to deal with.
