Pharmaceuticals is a particular industry with its own unique array of challenges that you should familiarize yourself with before applying. That being said, within those challenges are huge opportunity for problem solving, so don't let that turn you away. I would also advise you to understand the Lilly culture and values because it is a part of all the work happening at there socially, professionally, and tactically. If you find yourself in alignment with those values, express that to them and give examples of ways that you demonstrate them in your personal and academic life.
