I had a lot of hands on experience with new model vehicles which was great to learn a great deal in a short period of time.

I wish I was there longer and COVID did not affect the duration of my term.
Advice
You definitely have to be able to talk to people since there is a lot of work cross departments and groups.

An atmosphere that truly values growth of the individual. Associates are caring and willing to teach. People would go out of their way to help me any time I asked for something. My mentor would meet with me daily to see if I had any questions, concerns, or issues.

Be flexible and willing to take on as much as you can handle. Also, try your best to figure things out on your own but don't be afraid to ask questions. Sometimes all it takes is a nudge in the right direction to find a solution to a problem.

I liked the amount of hours and the pay at Honda. I was guaranteed 40 hours a week plus overtime on most weeks. This made it very easy for me to make a good amount of money this summer.
