I wish I was there longer and COVID did not affect the duration of my term.

An atmosphere that truly values growth of the individual. Associates are caring and willing to teach. People would go out of their way to help me any time I asked for something. My mentor would meet with me daily to see if I had any questions, concerns, or issues.

Be flexible and willing to take on as much as you can handle. Also, try your best to figure things out on your own but don't be afraid to ask questions. Sometimes all it takes is a nudge in the right direction to find a solution to a problem.

I liked the amount of hours and the pay at Honda. I was guaranteed 40 hours a week plus overtime on most weeks. This made it very easy for me to make a good amount of money this summer.

Coworkers were all very helpful and loved giving the new guy advice. Very open coworking environment, able to talk to anyone and get advice. Work was interesting and not menial.

I liked how I was able to learn on my own without my mentor’s guidance every second. Also, I love the manufacturing environment and I think it suits my career aspirations very well.

I wish I could have gotten the opportunity to work more with the machines in the grinding process.
