Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for work and projects to assist on. Because there is a lot of flexibility, it requires you to have initiative and motivation to ask for new projects to work on that interest you.

What I liked
I was blown away by the welcoming nature of the entire marketing team, especially my two immediate supervisors. Additionally, I was given true responsibilities and tasks that added value to the company.
What I wish was different
Due to the pandemic, this experience was remote. I definitely would have liked to work in an office setting.
Advice
If you wish to be doing more (have more responsibility, add value, make an impact), keep asking and pushing. Do not be content with doing the bare minimum to collect a paycheck. It is important to show drive in order to build a better relationship with coworkers who may be able to help down the road with future opportunities.

Pleasant interaction with other interns, and received professional development mentorship from senior leaders. Had variety in tasks and work. Great pay and convenient proximity of office location/commute. Granted employee benefits for duration of internship.

Be creative! Internship included creating, organizing, and presenting a series of wellness workshops. Wonderful employee engagement and has immediate positive impacts!
