Utilize the staff there for any support you might need in your role. They are amazing. Also, it can be nerve-racking in the beginning, especially if you've never been in a similar role. You really learn by doing in these situations. Make sure you understand the concepts explained in training but jump in as soon as you can because it is going to take actually supporting people to get comfortable and build your skills.
