It was a really great work environment. I was able to jump into big projects right away. Additionally, the energy in the office was really high and I enjoyed working with all of the engineers and industrial designers.
What I wish was different
I wish I was given a little bit more guidance on my projects. Everyone was always really busy and I felt bad that I had questions to ask.
Advice
Go into design reviews for projects you aren't on! Those were really great opportunities to see how other engineers and designers receive constructive criticism and work to fix it through follow up design reviews.
